Individualisation of busulfan dosing in children
Monitlab S.A. performs busulfan assays as part of the project: "Individualisation of busulfan dosing based on plasma drug concentration measurement in conditioning protocols prior to haematopoietic stem cell transplantation in children".
The project is being carried out by Prof. Krzysztof Kałwak MD PhD from the Department of Bone Marrow Transplantation, Oncology and Paediatric Haematology "Cape of Hope" at the University Clinical Hospital in Wrocław, under the National Grant Programme. Funded by the Foundation "For the Rescue of Children with Cancer" under the substantive patronage of the Polish Society of Paediatric Oncology and Haematology.
HPLC method for posaconazole assay
R&D Project: Development of an HPLC method for determining posaconazole levels in human plasma for therapeutic drug monitoring to improve the safety of systemic fungal infection therapy in haemato-oncological patients.
